TORONTO - Betty E. Ralston, 90 of Toronto, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville.
Per her request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service and a private burial at the Toronto Union Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being cared for by the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
