In Municipal Court Monday, Brianne M. Flaherty, 18, Birch Road, was fined $100 for driving alone on a permit.
Jason A. Davis, 37, 6th Avenue, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana. He was also ordered extradited to West Virginia after appearing as a fugitive from justice.
David P. Peachey, 29, Alpha Street, appeared on a fugitive from justice charge and was ordered extradited to West Virginia.
Fined $40 for speeding were Brenda K. Austin, 43, Highland Avenue, Salem and Gerald A. Corbo, 65, Parma.
Second arraignments were scheduled March 25 for Sydney C. Halfhill, 18, Highland Drive, charged with three counts of criminal mischief; Carl A. Gooding, 19, Putnam Street, leaving the scene, hit-skip and physical control; and James A. Moore, 24, Smithfield Street, expired plates, illegal plates and driving under suspension, second offense.
Pretrials were set March 21 for Edward A. Gregory, 53, Boring Lane, charged with domestic violence and David J. Tudor, 34, Grant Street, charged with OVI, failure to control and resisting arrest.
Sentencing was set March 20 for Robert B. Griffin, 19, Oak Street, who pleaded no contest to three counts of criminal mischief.
