Dewey J. Souers, 23, Pershing Street, Salem, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to an indefinite term of community control at the Eastern Ohio Correctional Center after he was found in violation of his probation for four counts of trafficking in drugs. Court documents indicate Souers had marijuana in his possession on June 4th, 10th, 17th and 21st, in 2009.
