In Municipal Court Friday, James N. McCauley, 32, Garfield Street, was fined $100 for willful and wanton disregard for safety, with a seat belt charge dismissed.
Robert D. McCain, 36, Opal Drive, Wellsville, was fined $40 for speeding.
Joseph Rugar, 47, Fairview Road, was fined $35 for a stop sign violation.
A trial was set April 3 for Joshua R. Jones, 28, Midland, Pa., charged with failure to yield.
Pretrials were scheduled for Amy M. Ware, 31, Alderlick Road, Wellsville, charged with OVI and left of center, April 9 and Juan Baez Jr., 31, Erie Street, driving under suspension and U-turn, March 19.
A second arraignment was set March 25 for Jason E. Tice, 35, Avondale Street, charged with driving under suspension and no turn signal.
