In Municipal Court Wednesday, a domestic violence charge against Donnie A. Cain, 40, no address, was amended to menacing. He was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 29 suspended and placed on probation two years. For resisting arrest, he was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 83 suspended, and placed on probation two years.
A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed against Lora L. Eiler, 32, 9th Avenue, who was assessed court costs only.
Lisa M. McCullough, 45, Imperial, Pa., was fined $675, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, had her license suspended one year and was placed on probation three years for OVI, second offense. For driving left of center, she was fined $30.
Daniel W. Morris, 31, Macrum Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 87 suspended and placed on probation two years for telecommunications harassment.
A jury trial was set May 23 for John Lockett, 36, Railroad Street, charged with domestic violence and obstructing official business.
Pretrial was scheduled April 9 for Michelle M. Chafins, 45, Crestview Drive, charged with OVI and failure to control.
Robert W. Reckner, 32, 73 Belmont Court, Newell, W.Va., appeared on charges of failure to control, no driver's license and leaving the scene of an accident, pleading no contest on all counts. He was found guilty of all charges and was sentenced to 30 days in jail (27 days suspended) and two years of probation, and was fined $250 plus court costs.
Kaysha M. Knox, 23, 29 Northside Manor, New Cumberland, W.Va., pleaded guilty to violating probation and was found guilty. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail and a discharge from probation.
Randy A. Savors, 35, 1910 Harvey Ave., East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated menacing. He was found guilty and was sentenced to 180 days in jail (166 days suspended) and two years of probation, and was fined $100 plus court costs.
Martha M. Sine, 44, 46800 McDonald St., East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to possession of drug abuse instruments and was found guilty. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail (25 days suspended) and two years of probation, and was fined $150 plus court costs.
David Treadway, 54, 158 First St., Newell, W.Va., appeared on a charge of receiving stolen property, which was dismissed with prejudice.
Amanda L. Bragg, 34, 923 Vine St., East Liverpool, appeared on a theft charge, pleading no contest. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail (90 days suspended) and two years of probation, and fined $200 plus court costs.
Brittany L. Hissom, 18, 801 Mason St., East Liverpool, appeared on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing, pleading no contest to both. She was found guilty on both counts and was sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended) and was fined $200 plus court costs.
Brandi L. Hissom, 38, 2442 Homestead Road, East Liverpool, appeared on charges of possession of drug abuse instrument, pleading no contest. He was found guilty and sentenced to 21 days in jail for nonpayment of fines and given a 180-day drivers license suspension.
Nicholas Prendes, 26, 216 Iowa St., Wellsville, appeared on a charge of public intoxication. He pleaded no contest, was found guilty and fined $72. He pleaded guilty to probation violation and was sentenced to 20 days with credit for 12 served.
Russell Felgen, 42, no address listed, appeared on a charge of assault. He pleaded no contest, was found guilty and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 suspended. Put on two years of supervised probation.
Jonathan M. Pullie, 38, 1701 Main St., Wellsville, appeared on drug paraphernalia charges. He pleaded no contest and was found guilty. He was fined $150 and given a driver's license suspension for 180 days.
