David B. Boyer, of Weirton: Pleaded no contest to having a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and was found guilty. Ordered to forfeit the firearm. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Also pleaded no contest to hunting from a motor vehicle, hunting in a closed season, and obstructing/conspiring to violate Chapter 20 (West Virginia Department of Natural Resources code) and was found guilty. Fined $100 and assessed court costs on each of the three charges.

Joseph T. Hamilton, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of six months in jail converted to home confinement. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charges of driving on a suspended license (DUI), driving left of center, violating a stop sign and speeding dismissed at prosecutor's request.
Jennifer L. Dunn, of Weirton: Charge of driving under the influence dismissed at prosecutor's request and refiled as citation for reckless driving.
Henry A. Long, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to lesser charge of non-aggravated driving under the influence. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to leaving the scene/unattended vehicle. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined and assessed court costs. Charges of failure to report an accident and not having proof of insurance dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Autumn Kovach, of Wellsburg: Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (third offense, administrative) after failing to complete a diversion program. Sentence of 30 days in jail converted to 30 days' home confinement. Fined $150 and assessed court costs.
