In Municipal Court Tuesday, DaNeil Prentice, 21, Wedgewood Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and was placed on probation two years for obstructing official business. For driving under suspension, he was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years.
A driving under suspension charge was amended to no operator's license against Jessica M. Wooten, 25, Lisbon Street, who was fined $100.
A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed against Kevin M. Bickerton, 23, Park Boulevard, due to a Bureau of Motor Vehicles error. He was fined $30 for failure to signal.
Glenn D. Bates Jr., 27, Bradshaw Avenue, was fined $100 for driving under suspension, second offense.
Troy A. Robinson, 21, Aten Avenue Extension, Wellsville, was fined $25 for unsafe vehicle. A possession of marijuana charge was dismissed.
Pretrials were set for Virgil W. Boggess, 61, Pennsylvania Avenue, charged with passing bad checks, April 3; and Katherine M. Cronin, 22, unknown address, theft, April 4.
