EAST LIVERPOOL - Charles W. Moore, age 83, formerly of Campground Road East Liverpool, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Calcutta Health Care after a brief illness.
There are no visitation or services planned. Burial will be at the Hoopeston Cemetery in Illinois.
Arrangements are being handled by the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes.
