In Municipal Court Wednesday, Samuel W. Swick, 20, Osbourne Road, Wellsville, was fined $50 for speeding and $30 for no seat belt.

Charles A. Lopez, 41, Morton Street, was fined $50 for possession of marijuana.

In Municipal Court Thursday, John M. Yoursh, 73, Haywood Street, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. He was fined $30 for no turn signal.

Sarah C. Douglas, 35, Maple Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended, and placed on probation two years for receiving stolen property. She was ordered to make restitution to Dominique Powell of $153.27.

Kenneth Jones Jr., 53, Chester Street, was fined $475, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for OVI. For failure to control, he was fined $65.

A domestic violence charge was amended to assault against Marcus Kenney, 37, Park Boulevard, who was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years.

Terry Haney, 51, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation for aggravated menacing. He was given the same jail sentence and probation, but no fine, for telecommunications harassment.

Chelsey Beebout, 29, Oakwood Street, was fined $100, each, on charges of obstructing official business and intoxication. On a second obstructing charge, he was sentenced to 10 jail days, with a second intoxication charge dismissed.

Marcus A. Ford, 18, Rigby Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 22 suspended, and placed on probation two years for criminal mischief.

Jury trials were set for Randy A. Savors Jr., 35, Harvey Avenue, charged with aggravated menacing, March 31; Brandy N. Pinkerton, 20, Idaho Avenue, charged with two counts of complicity, April 18; and for Ricky A. Wilson, 44, Adams Road, Rogers, charged with falsification, possession of drug paraphernalia, defective exhaust and two counts of driving under suspension, April 18.
