East Liverpool City Hospital staff members reported they were treating an assault victim Wednesday, and officers arrived to find Kira Jarvis, 20, with a broken nose, lumps on her head and numerous cuts on her body. According to reports, she told officers a man she had been out with got mad and assaulted her when her ex-boyfriend and father of her child called.
Terry O'Hara reported damage to a rental property on Palissey Street by a tenant, with dog feces also found throughout the house. He was advised this is a civil matter.
Joshua S. Gallimore, 25, reported being assaulted by a man inside the Cove Lounge on Dresden Avenue. Officers spoke with Matt Coleman, no age or address listed, who admitted having an altercation with Gallimore, who he said was drunk and fighting with everyone in the bar. Gallimore was advised he can speak with the law director if he wants to pursue charges against Coleman.
