NEW WATERFORD - Richard K. Powers, 60, of My Way Lane, passed away early Monday afternoon, March 4, 2013, at the Oakwood Medical Center, Dearborn, Mich., shortly after admission.
The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine, with Greg Hawkins of the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the time of service on Saturday.
