St. Clair Township Police Reports for 3-6

March 6, 2013
The Review

While on patrol on Sprucevale Road, an officer saw a vehicle stopped and a female vomiting out the passenger side window. The juvenile told the officer she was just sick. The driver, Jason C. Blystone, address not listed, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. The girl was released to her father, who owned the vehicle.

During a traffic stop on Parkway, officers saw a passenger, identified as Cory Miller, jump from the vehicle and run into a wooded area. Despite an extensive search by officers and the K-9 unit, Miller was not located, but a warrant will be issued for his arrest. He already has an outstanding warrant, according to reports. Another passenger, Nicholas Weyand, 24, had an active indictment for possession of drugs and was taken into custody. The report included no addresses for Miller or Weyand.

Firefighters returning to the station from a call reported seeing a vehicle parked in the driveway that drove through the front lawn of the facility, causing damage. They know the identity of the driver and were advised they can contact the law director to file charges.

A 911 call was received regarding a grandmother on Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road who had locked herself in a vehicle. Responding officers said there had been an argument over grandchildren visitation, and the grandmother decided to go back into the house.
