Feb. 28
5:35 p.m. - Police received a vandalism report regarding a Chrysler PT Cruiser with four slashed tires parked outside 145 Independence Square. Natalia Rodriguez accused her boyfriend Tariq Larkins and said he was walking toward Clark Avenue on 20th Street. Police were unable to locate Larkins. Rodriguez was reluctant to fill out a statement when told of the fee for dropping charges if she chose to do so. When asked for a phone number, she said she didn't have one and provided officers with what she said was Larkins number. Officers dialed the number, which rang at First Nazarene Church in East Liverpool. Rodriguez has yet to give a statement.
Feb. 26
8:52 a.m. - Police responded to 1702 Nevada St., for a domestic dispute between Raymour and Tracey Sicklesmith. Raymour claimed that Tracey had hidden his medications. Tracey replied that Raymour refuses to be civil with her. She agreed to go to her mother's house for the day, and there was no further incident.
1:09 p.m. - Wellsville officers assisted Columbiana County Sheriff deputies with an arrest warrant at the Emerald Motel on Clark Avenue. Deputies located and arrested Traci Bosworth, who also had an outstanding warrant from Michigan. Also arrested by deputies was Kara Jo Strathmann after a felony warrant from Kentucky was discovered in her name.
Feb. 23
2:10 p.m. - Officers were dispatched to a Maple Avenue residence for a stolen firearms report. Owner Spencer Kidder said he believes his home was broken into and the Winchester Model 1897 shotgun was stolen. His son Michael Kidder told police he last cleaned the gun on Feb. 13 and noticed it missing on Feb. 23. Police filed a stolen weapon report with the sheriff's office.
