Workers with Al Hissom Roofing & Construction, of East Liverpool, erect scaffolding around the rear of Carnegie Public Library on Monday in preparation for exterior masonry work. The masonry restoration is needed to prevent water from further damaging the plaster on the interior of the 110-year-old building. Masonry subcontractor is Cowan Masonry, of East Liverpool.
