Wes Crothers, North Beaver Street, reported Thursday his vehicle had been entered the night before, and the owner's manual was missing.
A sheriff's deputy reported at 3 p.m. Thursday there was a silver vehicle parked on North Beaver Street with more than of half of it sticking out on the
roadway. An officer arrived to find the owner, who said the vehicle ran out of gas and he was putting gas in it.
Teri Kyser, manager of Applegrove Apartments, reported at 7:22 p.m. Thursday she had called for an ambulance after finding a male resident unresponsive.
