In Municipal Court Thursday, Thomas V. Bryarly Jr., 28, no address, was sentenced to 180 days, 110 suspended, and placed on five years probation, each, for charges of domestic violence and falsification.
Christopher Woolmaker, 29, Braddock Lane, Chester, W.Va., was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for petty theft.
Lisa J. Geisse, 40, Moore Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days, 165 suspended, and placed on probation two years for domestic violence.
Clarence Wright, 34, West Second Street, was sentenced to 10 days, each, on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing official business.
Julie A. Carl, 40, Pennsylvania Avenue, was sentenced to 15 jail days for criminal trespass.
Lewis F. Larkins II, 52, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was sentenced to 35 days, each, on two theft charges.
A charge of passing bad checks was dismissed against Carey Barnes, 44, Center Road.
Pretrials were scheduled for Floyd E. Coles, Walden Street, Wellsville, charged with theft, sixth offense, March 28; Taurean P. Gordon, 29, 18th Street, Wellsville, driving under suspension and expired plates, March 27; and Dennis R. Byers II, 27, Oakwood Street, criminal trespass, March 28.
