STEUBENVILLE - Elizabeth Jane "Betty" Arkley age 82, a homemaker of Steubenville, passed away after a lengthy illness Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at her home.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 1, at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 1, at the funeral home with the Rev. Clint Quillian officiating. Entombment will follow at the Highland Hills Memorial Gardens.
