In Municipal Court Tuesday, a charge of expired license was amended to no operator's license against Katherine M. Plum, 32, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, who was fined $125.
A speeding charge against Michael Birckbichler, 33, New Castle, Pa., was amended to not having required lights, for which he was fined $50.
Jordan A. Cencarik, 23, Steubenville, was fined $94 for failure to control.
A preliminary hearing was set March 7 for Chelsey D. Beebout, 24, Oakwood Street, charged with assault. Cash/surety bond was set at $5,000. A pretrial was scheduled the same day on charges of intoxication and obstructing official business.
