Margaret Arthur
EAST PALESTINE-Margaret A. "Peggy" Arthur, 73, of Kuszmul Ave., Warren, formerly of East Palestine, passed away at 7:14 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at the Cleveland Clinic, where she had been a patient for the past several days.
Miss Arthur was born Oct. 12, 1939 in Darlington, Pa., a daughter of the late Lewis F. and Olive Faye Arthur Risinger. She had been a member of the Church of Christ, Columbiana.

She is survived by three sisters, Alice Lucas, Warren, with whom she resided, Nancy Brewster, New Middletown, and Doris Risinger, Austintown; and a brother, Robert L. Risinger, East Palestine.
The funeral service will be at noon on Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine, with Rev. Aimee Raymond of St. John's Lutheran Church, Petersburg, officiating. Burial will follow in East Carmel Cemetery, Rogers.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the time of service.
