Julie A. Carl, 40, 2111 Penn Ave., East Liverpool, appeared on a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal trespassing and a probation violation. Bond was set at $5,000, with a pretrial set for Feb. 28.
Linda L. Endrizzi, 50, 7303 State Line Road, Negley, appeared on driving under suspension (OVI) and failure to control charges, pleading no contest to both. She was found guilty and fined a total $365 plus court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Damian E. St. John, 34, 167 Martin Ave., East Liverpool, appeared via video and was sentenced to 11 days in jail for nonpayment of $530 in fines and court costs stemming from an OVI charge.
Robert K. Barrett II, 28, 511 E. Fifth St. C, East Liverpool, appeared on charges of domestic violence, criminal damaging, reckless operation and driving under suspension. He pleaded no contest to criminal damaging and driving under suspension, was found guilty, and sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $150 plus court costs. The domestic violence charge was dismissed after the victim declined to cooperate, and the reckless operation charge was dismissed with prejudice.
Matthew S. Howard, 25, 15891 Annesley Road, East Liverpool, appeared on a charge of domestic violence, pleading no contest. He was released on $10,000 bond and ordered not to possess firearms of ammunition. A pretrial hearing was set for March 5.
Christopher L. Woolmaker, 28, 62 Braddock Lane, Chester, W.Va., appeared on a bench warrant stemming from failure to appear on charges of theft, criminal damaging and criminal trespassing. Bond was set at $10,000, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for Feb. 28.
John Lockett III, 36, 1054 Railroad St., East Liverpool, appeared on a two counts of violating companion animal prohibition. The first charge was dismissed with prejudice, and he pleaded no contest to the second charge. He was found guilty, fined $200 plus court and veterinary costs, and sentenced to two years of probation.
