11:29 a.m. - Police were called to Nick's Pizza, 349 Main St., for damage to a brick planter box in front of the business. Evidence at the scene included a piece of plastic that appeared to be from a vehicle and a partial tire track on the sidewalk.
Feb. 16
10:16 p.m. - Zachary D. Plumley, 22, 314 18th St., Wellsville, was cited for failure to maintain control after attempting to turn from Clark Avenue onto 20th Street by using the parking brake of his 2002 Pontiac, striking the curb at the corner of Clark and 20th. The disabled vehicle had to be removed by T&T Towing. Plumley was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital by Lifeteam EMS for minor injuries.
