While making a left turn from St. Clair Avenue onto Manor Drive, Jacqueline M. Borowski, 61, Andrews Place, reportedly struck a vehicle driven by Katherine M. Plum, 32, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, who was stopped at a stop sign. Plum was cited for no operator's license.
