In Municipal Court Wednesday, Shanna D. Hilditch, 33, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, and was placed on probation two years for passing bad checks. Restitution was ordered to Giant Eagle in the amount of $259.59.
A rental property license violation was dismissed against Raymond Beaver, 35, Sherwood Avenue, who has obtained the required license. He was ordered to pay court costs.
