The Review

An officer responded to a call from a Water Street resident at 8:47 p.m. Feb. 17. The caller advised they were renting the property but now wanted to get their personal property out of the house and did not want someone else going through their things. Officers made contact with the landlord so that the situation could be resolved and both parties could get their property.

Police responded to a burned out Salineville Road West residence at 5:02 p.m. Feb. 14 for a complaint of neighbors looting the structure. Police located the individuals who were relatives of the property owner and who stated they had permission. Police spoke with the property owner who stated he did not give them permission and does not want them in the structure for safety reasons. He did not want them arrested without first being warned. Police then advised the subjects that if they returned they would be arrested.

Police responded to a Water Street residence at 8:40 p.m. Feb. 8 for a complaint that a subject was putting his trash in his neighbor's yard. Police spoke with the subject, who then picked up his trash.
