Kevin Dopp, East Chestnut Street, reported his dog had been kidnapped at 3:32 p.m. Sunday. Police arrived and spoke with Shirley Dopp, who said her daughter and son-in-law had taken the dog. She was told this was a civil matter, but as the officer was leaving the dog was returned by the couple.
n Jordan Cox, West Washington Street, reported someone was pounding on his door at that very moment at 8:41 p.m. Sunday. Although Cox did not know who it was, he said the person could be someone angry over a female friend.
