Ruby Golden, 74

WELLSVILLE- Ruby E. Golden, 74, of Wellsville, born Sept. 12, 1938 in Chester, peacefully passed away with her family by her side Feb. 15, 2013 at East Liverpool City Hospital.

Mrs. Golden was a 1956 graduate of Chester High School. She was employed at T S & T Pottery, Panhandle Press, Buckeye Publishing, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, and Comfort Keepers.

She was preceded in death by parents, Jess and Elizabeth Sayre Gill; brothers Paul Gill, Jim Gill, John Gill, and sister Betty Cline.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Don, who she married on March 12, 1969; two daughters Amy Rudder (Bob) of Wellsville and Heidi Ober (Gary) of Chester; son Shawn Golden (Wendy) of Boardman; sister Jane Creasey (John) of Wellsville, brother Pat Gill of Greensboro, N.C.; sister Peggy Ivey (Curtis) of Ohatchee, Ala.;

three grandsons Jeremy Ober (Kristen) of Chester, Joshua Ober (Samantha) of Newell, and Jonathan Rudder of Wellsville; and great grandchildren Jake, Garrett, and Mikenzi.

Services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester with Pastor Mary Lou Hall officiating. Calling hours will be held Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Locust Hill Cemetery in Chester.
