George E. Wilson Jr., 39, last known address Home Circle, Salem, was issued a secret indictment on charges of theft and misuse of credit cards.
Wilson is accused of taking a credit card belonging to Elaine Grimes on Sept. 3, 2012 and used it on both Sept. 3 and Sept. 4.
The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in December.
