Kevin Tasey, of Weirton: Found guilty of domestic battery. Sentence of 90 days in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation, including participation in a batterer's intervention program. Fined $200 and assessed court costs and a $60 probation fee.

Matthew Schroeder, of New Cumberland: Found guilty of domestic battery. Sentence of 90 days in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation, including participation in a batterer's intervention program. Fined $200 and assessed court costs, a $60 probation fee and jury fees.

Nancy Bragg, of New Cumberland: Charge of assault dismissed upon successful completion of a one-year diversion program and payment of $215.80 in court costs.

Zachary Boyd, of East Liverpool: Charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed upon successful completion of a six-month diversion program and payment of $215.80 in court costs.

Gary Barrios Jr., of New Cumberland: Pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of an accident and was found guilty. Fined $500 and assessed $185.80 in court costs. Pleaded no contest to failure to maintain control and was found guilty. Fined $500 and assessed $160.80 in court costs. Charge of defective equipment and leaving the scene of an accident dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Jan. 30

Lindsey Coccoli, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (second offense). Sentence of six months in jail converted to 180 days' home confinement, with SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor) unit and work release. Pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (DUI, second offense). Sentence of six months in jail converted to 180 days' home confinement, to run concurrent with other case. Assessed court costs and home confinement fees.

Feb. 1

Shane Wright, of Newell: Charges of conspiracy to possess heroin with intent to deliver, and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, dismissed due to superceding grand jury indictment in Hancock County Circuit Court.

Wayne Casto, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender (misdemeanor). Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee. Charge of failure to register as a sex offender (felony) dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Calvin White, of East Liverpool: Charge of defrauding a West Virginia Lottery table game dismissed and refiled as false pretenses, to which defendant pleaded no contest. Found guilty. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and $10 in restitution.

Feb. 5

Tanya McKinnon, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to failure to have child attend school (second offense). Sentence of 20 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed $185.80 in court costs. Three additional counts dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Brandi Blewitt, of Newell: Pleaded no contest to failure to have child attend school and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed $185.80 in court costs.

Dreama Stimpak, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to failure to have a child attend school (second offense). Sentence of 20 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $50 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee.

Anthony Majoris, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to failure to have a child attend school (second offense). Sentence of 20 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $50 and assessed court costs and a $30 probation fee.

Deidre Myers, of Weirton: Pleaded no contest to failure to have a child attend school and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs.

Thomas Campbell, of Chester: Pleaded no contest to failure to have a child attend school and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs.

Mason Jones, of Chester: Charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Cody Dennis, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer. Sentence of 90 days in jail suspended. Placed on 90 days' home confinement, to run concurrent with Hancock County Circuit Court sentence. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Feb. 6

Roger L. Davis Jr., of New Cumberland: Pleaded guilty to intimidation of a public officer. Sentence of 60 days in jail suspended, with credit for eight days served. Placed on one year unsupervised probation. Assessed $160.80 in court costs. Three additional counts dismissed at prosecutor's request.

William Cooper, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months' unsupervised probation. Fined $350 and assessed court costs and a $35 probation fee.

Feb. 12

Henry Nicholson, of New Cumberland: Pleaded guilty to violation of a protection from domestic violence order. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for 33 days served. Assessed $160.80 in court costs. Pleaded guilty to public intoxication. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for 33 days served, to run concurrent with other sentence. Assessed $160.80 in court costs.

Ethan Harms, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to destruction of property. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $50, assessed $185.80 in court costs and ordered to pay restitution.

Brandy Thortis, of Chester: Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined $200 and assessed court costs. Charge of leaving the scene of an accident dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Feb. 13

Lori Baire, of Weirton: Charge of permitting driving under the influence dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Damian Hetzer, of Monaca, Pa.: Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentenced to time served (17 hours). Fined $500 and assessed $340.80 in court costs.

Ryan Cunningham, of Weirton: Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Fined $500 and assessed $315.80 in court costs. Charges of driving on a suspended license (non-DUI) and driving left of center dismissed at prosecutor's request.
