Jeffrey D. Crowe, 49, of East Liverpool: Pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Fined $244, including court costs.
Augustina M. Newman, 39, of East Liverpool: Pleaded no contest to speeding, driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license and was found guilty. Fined $821, including court costs.
Kenneth l. Jones, 52, of East Liverpool: Pleaded no contest to speeding and was found guilty. Fined $122, including court costs.
Levi Berk, 21, of Beaver Falls, Pa.: Pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $122, including court costs.
Lisa Moore, 45, of Chester: Charge of battery dismissed.
Mason Jones, 21, of Chester: Pleaded no contest to battery and was found guilty. Sentenced to eight days in jail.
Nicholas Warner, 23, of Chester: Pleaded no contest to having an expired motor vehicle inspection and was found guilty. Fined $122, including court costs. Charge of having an expired registration dismissed.

Kimberly A. Engle, 29, of Columbus, Ohio: Pleaded no contest to destruction of property and was found guilty. Fined $122, including court costs, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $200.
Steven R. Kypreos, 28, of Rochester, Pa.: Pleaded guilty to reckless driving and having defective equipment. Fined $369, including court costs.
Marcus Murray, 22, of Chester: Pleaded no contest to a stop sign violation and was found guilty. Fined $122, including court costs.
