In Municipal Court Friday, Christian M. Adkins, 20, Montrose Street, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed.
Patrick L. Hagerty Jr., 28, Florence Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, had 16 hours of community service imposed and was placed on probation two years for driving under suspension, third offense.
Zachariah Gordon, 22, Wood Alley, was fined $50 for failure to confine a dog.
Teresa S. Cassinger, 35, West 16th Street, Salem, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $35 for a stop sign violation.
Jacob L. Martin, 21, Staunton Avenue, was fined $75 for driving under suspension, with an expired plates charge dismissed.
A trial was set March 12 for Jessica M. Wooten, 25, Lisbon Street, charged with driving under suspension.
Pretrials were scheduled March 14 for Robert W. Reckner, 32, New Cumberland, W.Va., charged with no operator's license, failure to control and leaving the scene; and for Jonathan M. Pullie, 37, West Sixth Street, charged with drug paraphernalia, third offense.
A pretrial was scheduled Feb. 28 for Kevin B. Redman, 21, Annesley Road, charged with driving under suspension, third offense.
