Lisa Travis, Millrock Road, East Palestine, reported at 1:21 a.m. Sunday an intoxicated man was in the area. Deputies found a man near the intersection of state Route 558 and Millrock Road. He was checked for warrants and given a ride home.
A possible sexual assault in Center Township was reported by a nurse at the East Liverpool City Hospital at 6:10 a.m. Saturday. The matter is under investigation.
Mike Malone, Idaho Street, Wellsville, reported at 6:48 p.m. Sunday his late neighbor gave him some firearms as a present before he passed away. Now a family member of the neighbor called to report he was coming to get the firearms back from him. Deputies explained the matter is a civil one.
Robert Bebout, Y and O Road, Wellsville, reported at 9:01 p.m. Saturday a teenage neighbor was shooting toward his home with some of the bullets coming close to striking Bebout's mother. Deputies spoke to the teen and his mother about safe shooting and Bebout, who has prior military service, offered to teach the boy to shoot safely.
