A gas clerk at the One Stop on state Route 9 in Hanoverton reported at 6:13 p.m. Saturday a man wearing a cowboy hat and driving a gray Chevy 4x4 put $69 worth of gas in his tank, then came into the store and purchased a bottle of wine but left without paying for the gas.
