TORONTO - Theodore E. "Ted" Riffle Sr., age 82 of Toronto, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at the Acuity Specialty Hospital, Steubenville.
Visitation hours will be 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
There will be Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department services 7 p.m. Monday.
A celebration service of his life will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the funeral home with the Rev. C. Robert Meyer officiating.
There will be full military service honors at the funeral home before the service Tuesday.
