In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Tyler G. McCullough, Lisbon-Canfield Road, Leetonia, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for driving under suspension, speeding and resisting arrest for reportedly getting out of a vehicle prior to complying with police for a traffic stop and running away on foot leaving a passenger behind in the vehicle.
A March 4 pretrial was set for Joan E. Paul-Dickey, 48, Union Street, Columbiana, charged with theft for allegedly taking several items from Primitive Gatherings in Columbiana, placing them in a white garbage bag and hiding it behind Vivians to retrieve later.
A March 7 pretrial was set for Thomas D. Drudy, 53, Pittsburgh, Pa., charged with OVI first offense.
A March 12 pretrial was set for Kourtney D. L. Wright, 21, Gaskill Drive, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and possession of marijuana.
A March 12 pretrial was set for Kurt A. Adney, 43, Glasgow Road, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense and a tail lights violation.
A March 12 pretrial was set for Lance D. Newton, 46, Vincent Lane, Lisbon, cited with violations at a railroad crossing for allegedly crossing the North Market Street tracks in East Palestine while the lights were flashing and the gates coming down.
