In Municipal Court Tuesday, a pretrial was set Feb. 12 for Robert K. Barrett, 28, East Fifth Street, charged with criminal damaging, driving under suspension, disregard for safety and a second domestic violence. An extradition hearing was set Feb. 28 on a fugitive from justice charge. He is wanted in West Virginia for child neglect. The judge ordered him to have no contact with Susan Pritt.
A failure to control charge was dismissed against Tana L. May, 23, state Route 9, Kensington.
Pretrials were set for Heather D. Shreve, 25, Minerva Street, charged with domestic violence, Feb. 7 and for Michael D. Gillispie, 45, Rubicon Street, charged with failure to file city income tax, April 9.
