Michael R. Lutz, 51, Lewis Road, Salineville, was westbound on state Route 644 in Hanover Township at 10:20 a.m. Monday and went off the right side of the road into a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control.
Ellen K. Bertsche, 19, Unger Road, Atwater, was southeastbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 9:40 p.m. Sunday and went off the right side of the road into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.
