The Review

Responding to a report of a vehicle that struck an abandoned, burned-out house early Saturday morning, officers reported finding Kenneth L. Jones Jr., 52, Chester Avenue, standing by the vehicle on Brady Alley. He reportedly told officers he had not crashed but had just pulled off the road, but they found the front wheel was off the vehicle and Jones' nose was bleeding. He smelled of alcohol and could barely stand while talking to them, officers reported, also saying he failed sobriety tests. Jones was charged with OVI and failure to control, and his vehicle was towed from the scene.

While on patrol Saturday morning, an officer reported seeing a vehicle parked in the middle of Mulberry Street outside Pack's Bar. He pulled behind the vehicle, sitting for about three minutes with traffic backing up behind him, according to reports. The driver, Michael J. Stacy, 23, Myrtle Beach, S.C., then pulled onto Locust Street, where he also reportedly sat in the middle of the street, blocking traffic. He was cited for impeding traffic.

John R. Chan, 30, Ogden Street, was charged with criminal trespass Saturday after reportedly being found in a vehicle at Woodland Hills, where he is on the no trespass list.

While northbound on Florence Street, Lisa M. Martin, 32, Yeager Drive, Wellsville, attempted to turn onto John Street, but her vehicle started to slide backward on the icy pavement. It struck a parked vehicle owned by Brandon M. Bazidlo, Florence Street.

Police were called to the New Dimension Bar on Anderson Boulevard Sunday morning where the bartender and a witness advised a man has been asked to leave and, while he was leaving, he was seen kicking the front door, which shattered. The man, Jacob M. Russell, 19, Frischkorn Drive, Wellsville, was located and reportedly admitted to kicking the door and being intoxicated at the time. He was charged with prohibitions and criminal damaging.
