Daniel A. Duvall, 30, Lincoln Street, Hanoverton, was southbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 5:40 p.m. Friday and Joanne Zarlinga, 43, state Route 644, Hanoverton, was northbound and lost control after coming around a curve and went left of center and back onto the right side of the road and then left of center again and was struck by Duvall. She was cited for lanes of travel and taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
