An East Liverpool man was placed on probation on drug charges during action this week in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
David L. Jackson, 58, of Pennsylvania Avenue, was sentenced by Judge Scott Washam to three years' probation after previously pleading guilty to a drug possession charge.
Jackson was found with a crack pipe in his coat pocket in East Liverpool on Jan. 5, 2012.
