David A. Andres, 55, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was northbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 2:30 p.m. Friday and lost control and went off the right side of the road into a guardrail and then went back across the northbound lanes and came to rest in the median. He was cited for failure to control.
Robert W. Davis, 29, Alderlick Road, Salineville, was eastbound on state Route 518 in Madison Township at 8 a.m. Monday and went off the north side of the road into a fence. He was cited for failure to control.
Joshua M. Crum, 27, Union Street, Columbiana, was westbound on state Route 344 in Fairfield Township at 6:30 a.m. Monday and Brian John Joachim, 19, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 344 and went left of center and collided with Crum. Joachim was cited for lanes of travel.
Michelle D. Chuey, 37, Fairfield School Road, Leetonia, was westbound on state Route 558 in Franklin Township at 9:30 a.m. Monday and went off the south side of the road into a ditch and overturned. She was cited for failure to control.
John Finley, 31, Pearl Street, Leetonia, was southbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 4:50 a.m. Monday and went off the west side of the road into an embankment and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.
