Amanda D. Monigold, 28, Haiti Road, Salineville, was westbound on state Route 39 in Washington Township at 8 a.m. Monday and went off the right side onto the berm and lost control and then traveled left of center and struck Dale L. Humphreys, 48, Washington Street, Lisbon, who then struck Mark A. Morris, 38, state Route 39, Salineville. Monigold was cited for failure to control and taken to East Liverpool Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries. Humphreys and his passengers, Danielle L. Humphreys, 25, Bank Street, Toronto, and Danielle Davis, 24, Bank Street, Toronto, were also taken to East Liverpool City Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries. Morris was also taken to East Liverpool Hospital with non-incapacitating injures.
Jessica L. Matuska, 33, Oak Ridge Road, Wellsville, was northbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 7:30 a.m. Monday and attempted change lanes and lost control and went off the right side of the road into a guardrail. She was cited for failure to control.
James A. Monteleone, 45, state Route 45, Lisbon, was northwestbound on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 8:20 p.m. Friday and lost control and went off the left side of the road into an embankment. He was cited for failure to control.
