While traveling through the drive-through at Rayl's Market Wednesday night, Hollie D. Flowers, 19, 6th Street, Chester, W.Va., reportedly struck a street sign, damaging the right side of her vehicle and its mirror. The sign was knocked over, and the street department was notified.
Officers charged Jason M. Call, 19, Avondale Street, with criminal trespass after being called to remove him from Heights Manor, where he was on the no trespass list. They reported finding him hiding behind a baby crib in an apartment.
