In Municipal Court Tuesday, Eugene O. Easton, 62, Lincoln Street, was fined $25 for opening a door into traffic.
A pretrial was scheduled Feb. 19 for Glenn L. McMillin Jr., 33, state Route 7, Rogers, charged with falsification.
Pretrial was set Feb. 14 for Danny R. Bird, 56, Pinckneyville, Ill., charged with OVI and marked lanes.
In Municipal Court Wednesday, Chelsey Beebout, 24, Oakwood Street, was fined $150 for intoxication, third offense.
A parental responsibility charge was dismissed against James Shannon Jr., 41, Lisbon Street, who was assessed court costs only.
Pretrials were scheduled for Timothy N. Redman, 28, no address, charged with resisting arrest and domestic violence, second offense, Jan. 31; Augustina M. Newman, 39, Wilbert Avenue, domestic violence, Jan. 31; Kevin B. Redman, 20, Annesley Road, theft, Feb. 28; and Felisha M. Dossantos, 18, Newell, W.Va., domestic violence and no seat belt, Jan. 31.
In Municipal Court Thursday, Todd R. Stoffel, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for disorderly conduct. He was charged Dec. 23 by Liverpool Township police after his estranged wife, Destiny Stoffel, reported he came to her home on 6th Avenue intoxicated and was beating on cars after having texted and called her all day. Officers used a Taser on Stoffel when he reportedly failed to comply with orders to drop something he held in his hand, which turned out to be cigarettes and a lighter.
Anthony Raines, 25, Glenn Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 90 days, 845 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.
Josiah K. Cook, 25, Grandview Road, Chester, W.Va., was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for possession of drug abuse instruments.
Maurice D. Coles II, 30, Avondale Street, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days, 155 suspended, and placed on probation two years for assault.
Nyasia J. Buzzard, 19, no address listed, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years for a fourth speeding offense. For driving under suspension, she was fined $100.
A bench warrant was issued for Aaron Patterson, 33, Dresden Avenue, who is charged with public indecency. He spoke to the public defender but left when served with a bench warrant for another case, failing to stay for his hearing.
A domestic violence charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Augustina M. Newman, 39, Wilbert Avenue, who was fined $150.
Valerie A. Gilmer, 35, Grant Street, Newell, W.Va., was fined $100, sentenced to seven jail days, suspended, and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was given credit for seven days already served and had 13 hours of community imposed in lieu of the fine.
Ronald L. Hooker, 31, Townhouse 2, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 90 suspended, for aggravated menacing. For domestic violence, he was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days, 15 suspended, He was placed on probation three years.
A domestic violence charge was amended to disorderly conduct against Felisha Dossantos, 19, Wilbert Avenue, who was fined $150. For no seat belt, she was fined $30.
Jason M. Call, 19, Avondale Street, was fined $100 for criminal trespass.
A trial was scheduled Feb. 12 for Michael D. Johnston, 19, Tague Street, charged with driving under suspension and speeding.
Second arraignment was set Feb. 4 for Anthony G. Gunther, 46, Clayburn Place, charged with defective exhaust.
Jury trials were scheduled March 21 for David Treadway, 54, First Street, Newell, W.Va., charged with receiving stolen property, and for Larry O. Foster, 57, Ogden Street, charged with criminal trespass and criminal damaging.
A pretrial was scheduled Feb. 7 for Timothy Redman, 28, Erie Street, charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.
