The Review
East Liverpool police were called to the bottom of Washington Street Wednesday afternoon after this tractor-trailer stalled on the railroad tracks as it pulled from a warehouse at Seaforth Mineral. A worker from the company quickly used a front loader to pull the stalled truck from the tracks before any trains approached the area. Police dispatchers said later in the evening Norfolk-Southern Railroad apparently was not notified about the stuck truck, which was only on the tracks a few minutes. (Photo by Jo Ann Bobby-Gilbert)
