In Municipal Court Monday, Joseph P. Gibas, 37, Riverside Park, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $40 for speeding, with a fictitious plate charge dismissed.
Second arraignments were scheduled Feb. 4 for Terry A. Sims, 42, 9th Avenue, and Lora L. Eiler, 42, 9th Avenue, both charged with disorderly conduct.
Pretrial was scheduled Jan. 31 for Ronald L. Hooker, 30, no address, charged with aggravated menacing and domestic violence. Cash/surety bond was set at $50,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with Carrie Hooker, Carla Hooker or his minor children.
Pretrial was scheduled Feb. 28 for Shantelle M. Uselton, 24, Gaddes Street, charged with OVI, not having required headlights, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
