In Municipal Court Friday, Chelsey D. Beebout, 24, Oakwood Street, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, second offense.
Paul E. Meyers, 37, St. Clair Avenue, was sentenced to 30 jail days for theft. He was found guilty of disorderly conduct but no fine was assessed and costs were waived as uncollectable. An intoxication charge was dismissed.
Christopher Woolmaker, 28, Cannons Mill Road, appeared on a fugitive from justice charge and was ordered returned to Hancock County, W.Va., where he is wanted for entering a building other than a dwelling.
Martha A. Moffett, 42, Highland Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $50 for public intoxication.
Amanda C. Marriner, 19, Thomas Road, Lisbon, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.
Breeanne B. McKinnon, 18, Chester, W.Va., was fined $30 for no seat belt.
A second pretrial was scheduled Jan. 31 for Valerie A. Gilmer, 35, Newell, W.Va., charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
A pretrial was scheduled Feb. 14 for Serena A. Jacobs, 20, New Manchester, W.Va., charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.
A second arraignment was set Feb. 25 for Nikeeta M. Clinton, 26, Park Avenue, charged with no seat belt.
