EAST LIVERPOOL - Kenneth Gary Ashby, 67 of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville following a 10-month illness.
In fulfilling his wishes, no services are planned. Interment will be at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell at a later date.
He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
