Edna Mills
EAST LIVERPOOL-Edna E. Mills, 77 of East Liverpool passed away at her home on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013 following a lengthy illness.
Her parents were the late Alvin and Mary Bellville Hadley and she was born on June 19, 1935 in Friendly, W.Va.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Glendale Nazarene Church.
Her son, Donald E. Mills Jr.; preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughters, Connie Winik of Dayton, Ohio. Beth Smith of Camp Hill, Pa., and Linda Irvine of Marion, Ohio; her son, Raymond Lee Mills of Parker, Colo.; her sisters, Kathleen Roberts of Middlebourne, W.Va., and Jeanie Sowers of Washington, Pa; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 2:00 p.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester where friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services.
