Jeffry A. Johns, 48, Alliance, was southbound on state Route 45 in Perry Township at 5:10 a.m. Monday and hit a deer.
Robert J. Breault Jr., 20, state Route 46, New Waterford, was northbound on Middleton Road in Fairfield Township at 1 p.m. Saturday and went off the right side into an embankment and overturned. He was cited for failure to control and taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
Emily E. Kelly, 31, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was westbound on U.S. 30 in St. Clair Township at 10:20 p.m. Thursday and slid on a patch of ice and went off the right side into a guard rail.
Eve L. Lacher, 39, Alliance, was eastbound on Beech Street in Knox Township at 1:50 p.m. Monday and attempted to turn onto Mahoning Avenue and went off the east side and into a gas meter. She was cited for failure to control.
