A 17-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after he reportedly was found with possession of K2, a drug pipe, a clonidine pill and tobacco on Jan. 8, while he was on probation. Additionally, the boy reported tested positive for marijuana and admitted to using both marijuana and K2.
A 15-year-old Southern Local boy was cited with engaging in turbulent behavior on Jan. 4.
